Requirements for this role

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in daily operation of the M&E services, including carrying out all planned maintenance schedules and periodic inspections, and upkeep of the estate's common area
• Perform weekly checks of the estate's M&E system, including minor troubleshooting on failures
• Carry out minor troubleshooting on any failure of the M&E systems
• Maintain proper stock control for all mechanical/electrical accessories and materials purchase
• Respond to ad-hoc complaints received from the Management office from time to time
• Respond and attend to all emergency calls, providing reinforcement of manpower during major breakdown of M&E equipment within the estate's common area
• Ensure service contractors conduct servicing properly and in accordance with the service contract
• Follow external contractors on site for routine servicing
• Attend to any other job function on M&E related issues that may be assigned from time to time
• Carry out minor repair and hand‑man jobs, such as repairing fixtures/fittings and touch-up painting
