• Daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role involves managing construction crews, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety regulations, and reporting progress to project managers and other stakeholders.
• Supervise and coordinate all daily construction activities, ensuring work adheres to construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor the delivery, storage, and usage of materials, tools, and equipment to prevent shortages or wastage.
• Relevant experience in the construction industry or site supervision.
• Ensure all safety rules are followed and support Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements in compliance with MOM and project regulations.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings, coordination meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the work area at all times.
• Able to work weekends and overtime.
• Driving license is preferred.
