About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, business-mindedBrand Strategistto join our team in Singapore. In this role, you’ll work across a diverse range of clients—from emerging startups to established regional brands—helping define their brand identity, sharpen their market positioning, and elevate their overall business strategy.
You’ll play a key role in transforming insights into meaningful brand direction, backed by research, creativity, and commercial understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development: Define compelling brand positioning, purpose, and identity frameworks that align with client goals and audience expectations.
- Business & Brand Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to clients on how branding supports broader business objectives, growth strategies, and long-term differentiation.
- Market Research & Insight: Conduct market analysis, consumer segmentation, and competitor audits to uncover strategic opportunities.
- Industry Versatility: Apply strategic thinking across various industries—including experience in sectors like F&B, healthcare/pharma, and consumer goods.
- Client Engagement: Present strategic recommendations clearly and confidently, build trusted relationships, and guide clients through complex branding decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, marketing, and digital teams to ensure strategic alignment from concept to execution.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or related roles.
- Proven ability to advise clients on both branding and business strategy.
- Experience working across a range of industries; familiarity with F&B and/or pharma is a strong advantage.
- Strong research and analytical skills with a knack for turning insights into clear strategic direction.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a brand consultancy, creative agency, or strategic marketing environment.
- Understanding of regulatory and market nuances in the pharma or healthcare space.
- Familiarity with insight and planning tools (e.g., YouGov, SimilarWeb, Brandwatch).
