Job Summary
Responsible for Kingdee's international market and brand building, leading overseas market promotion and company brand building, and enhancing overseas market influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand and market strategy planning, based on the company's business objectives, formulate annual brand market strategies for target countries/regions, develop segmented target market strategies and periodic promotion plans;
- Assist in developing regional marketing strategies for target countries/regions, conduct market research, understand competitors' positioning and customer needs, provide effective marketing recommendations to the sales team, and ensure alignment with business objectives;
- Lead marketing and marketing activities, manage potential customer development activities, organize and support online and offline events, webinars, and summit events, etc., to achieve the acquisition of more leads/business opportunities;
- Continuously output brand asset content and take responsibility for the quality of brand content creation;
- Fully expand social media promotion channels (such as self media, external media, official websites, e-commerce platforms, etc.), achieve market expansion and brand promotion, and attract potential customers;
- Expand and manage public relations, lead the development and maintenance of third‑party institutions and resources such as government, associations, and universities, and assist in the development of marketing work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in B2B market/brand promotion ,preferably in the software, SaaS, or ERP industry.
- Must have knowledge of marketing/selling B2B enterprise software, cloud solutions, or ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in overseas regional marketing and brand promotion (Southeast Asia) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or another Southeast Asian language is a plus (for regional market engagement).
