Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractor and other trades, and in-charge for managing Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) and Building Management System (BMS) projects starting from project initiation, construction until completion and handing over to client.
• Defines project objectives, scope and project deliverables for all aspects and stages of the building fitting out.
• Executes project schedule and milestones within the allocated budget and specified timeline, cost control and quality control.
• Prepare materials submission, schematic diagrams, BMS IO points list, control write-ups, integration matrix, As-built drawings, method of statement, operation and maintenance manual and training manual.
• Develops strategic plans and specifying goals, risk identification, contingency plans, progress reports and efficient allocation of available resources.
• Support site team in testing and commissioning.
• Proactively communicate project progress, key issues and any critical topics in a timely manner to different stakeholders
• Keep abreast of product development and technological advancements, and of markets changes and provide recommendations to product or service enhancements to meet customer requirements
• Assist in tender submission for new expected projects, reinstatement works or Additions & Alterations (A&A) works including evaluation and analysis to client.
• Aware and follow the health, safety and environment regulations.
• Project documentation, risk assessments and preparing of technical proposals
• Report to HOD and assists with other related tasks and responsibilities as may from time to time be required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and minimum 3 years in similar roles
• Strong technical knowledge and skills in ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary and fire protection system.
• Strong Knowledge in specifications, design and implementation of Building Management System (BMS).
• Schneider EcoXpert Certified preferred.
• Well written and verbal communication skills
• Need to have knowledge in Autocad
• Good time and project management skillsHigh level problem solving and analytical skills

• Must be independent & able to commit to project deliverables
