Job summary

A new healthcare facility in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated medical laboratory technologist/medical lab scientist to join their team. In this role, you will oversee blood bank operations, manage day-to-day laboratory tasks, and ensure compliance with quality and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate should have a recognized post-graduate qualification in Biomedical Science and a passion for clinical diagnostics, complemented by at least 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience with post-graduate qualification.
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience with recognized degree.
• Experience in quality assurance and laboratory accreditation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and setting up laboratory services.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
• Support and troubleshoot laboratory test procedures.
• Develop and implement new laboratory tests and technologies.
• Train laboratory personnel on test procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance management.
• Lead compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
