Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled M&E BIM drafter. You will create and manage Revit project files, produce detailed drawings, and coordinate the Revit model for Electrical & Plumbing systems. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, is proficient in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, and is capable of working under tight deadlines as part of a team. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience as an M&E BIM drafter in Singapore construction.
• Experience in HDB/Condominium project drafting will be an advantage.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM model using Revit.
• Create and manage Revit project files for Electrical & Plumbing systems.
• Update and coordinate the Revit model throughout the project.
• Perform interference/clash checking.
• Deliver accurate drawings on time.

Job Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM model using Revit.
• Create and manage Revit project files for Electrical & Plumbing systems.
• Update and coordinate the Revit model throughout the project, including slab pipe routings, underground pipe routings, tray/trunking routings, lightning protection, and lighting & power points location.
• Perform interference/clash checking within own model and against other disciplines.
• Responsible for delivering accurate drawings on time.
• Carry out any other drafter-related tasks assigned by superior.
• Assist the Project Manager with the completion of projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 year working experience as an M&E BIM drafter in Singapore construction is required.
• Experience in HDB/Condominium project drafting will be an advantage.
• Must be proficient in BIM/Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and models.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling tight deadlines.
• Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work as part of a team.
• MEP drafter experience is required (Electrical/Plumbing/Sanitary).
