Job summary

A well-established infrastructure company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeller to support engineering and project teams. This position involves developing and maintaining MEP BIM models, producing coordinated drawings, and supporting project teams through various stages of construction. Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field, at least 2-3 years of experience, and proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to large construction projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeller.
• Knowledgeable in ACMV.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our client is a well established infrastructure company. They are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled MEP BIM Modeller to support our engineering and project teams in delivering high-quality building services models. This role is ideal for someone passionate about BIM coordination, accuracy, and contributing to complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed MEP BIM models in accordance with project requirements and BIM execution plans.
• Produce coordinated MEP drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Update shop drawings and models based on site conditions, design changes, and coordination outcomes.
• Coordinate and manage all BIM related aspects of projects, from tender to construction stage.
• Support project teams during design development, construction, and handover stages.
• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and BIM data integrity.
• Assist in BIM coordination meetings and incorporate feedback into models.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeller.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and coordination workflows.
• Knowledgeable in ACMV.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
