Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Specialist with a diploma in architecture and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and be proficient in tools like AutoCAD and Revit. The role involves building BIM capabilities, overseeing quality standards, and managing multiple project processes simultaneously. Familiarity with local drafting standards is preferred. This position is oriented towards Singaporean applicants.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibility:

• Build up company’s overall BIM capabilities
• Prepare, maintain and update of BIM execution plan and models
• Manage process of exchange and coordination of 3D model with consultants and client
• Manage BIM/ Revit setup, family, standards and protocol
• Manage technological collaboration between project team members
• Develop, discover, collect, share and manage processes, best practices and techniques of BIM/ REVIT/ other BIM tools
• Oversee Quality and Standards of BIM in the company

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture and above
• min 3 years relevant experience in well-established architectural firms preferably
• Exposure in development projects (commercial, hotel, office, residential)
• Good Leadership, organization and communication skills
• Well-versed in MS Office, the latest version of AutoCAD and Revit
• Have strong proficiency in drafting software and have sufficient experience in submissions to various authorities
• Familiar with local drafting standard and authority submission requirement
• Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in high density housing and/or public housing
