Job Description & Requirements

• Prepare and amend of schematic, detailed and production drawings
• Develop solutions to solve technical & design issues as per onsite basis.
• Prepare 2D/3DCAD/BIM designs for presentations submission purposes.
• Able to compute basic technical calculations as per project requirements
• Liaising with Clients, Authorities, Consultants, Subcontractors ensure smooth coordination in project
• Attend all technical, design and consultants meetings to understand the latest onsite requirements and ensure drawings and designs are up to date.
• Lead and mentor junior CAD/BIM colleagues
• Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management/Direct Supervisor

Job Requirements

• To possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of related working experience
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks
