Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of billing, revenue cycle, or financial workflows.
• Proficiency in data analysis, automation, or programming (Python, SQL, VBA).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Department in overseeing Business Office operations (Cash Management, Patient Refunds, Patient Accounts, Patient Relations, and AR).
• Establish, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Drive operational transformation through digitalisation, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives to enhance productivity and patient experience.
• Provide leadership in workforce planning, staff development, and organisational change management.
• Support major system implementations and business transformation initiatives.
