Job summary

National University Hospital (NUH) in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to drive digital transformation of OSS-General Services, leveraging automation, analytics and sustainability to improve hospital operations.

You will oversee operations, collaborate with IT and vendors, and establish a data-driven operating model for carpark and facilities utilization while guiding continuous improvement across multiple service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of administrative/managerial experience.
• Experience driving digital transformation in an operations/support environment.
• Knowledge of workflow automation, process digitalization and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation of OSS-General Services workflows and processes.
• Automate contract management, license renewals, inspections and service reminders.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on system enhancements and technology implementations.
• Establish a data-driven operating model for carpark analytics and facilities utilization.
• Lead sustainability initiatives such as energy reduction and paperless workflows.
• Review feedback/incidents and implement corrective actions.
