Job summary

KK Women's and Children's Hospital (Singapore) seeks a strategic leader to oversee the end-to-end patient revenue cycle, optimise revenue capture, and strengthen revenue integrity. The role partners with Clinical, Operations, Finance and IT to implement policies, improve collections, and monitor performance. It also drives analytics, automation and digital transformation across the billing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance with min 6 years of related work experience.
• Strong understanding of billing, revenue cycle, or financial workflows.
• Proficiency in data analysis, automation, or programming (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the end-to-end patient revenue cycle, driving optimisation of revenue capture and minimising leakage.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Finance and IT to implement billing policies and enhance revenue collection processes.
• Monitor key revenue performance indicators and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee revenue analytics and insights to support data-driven decisions and automation.
• Govern billing and revenue management workflows and ensure seamless integration of systems and interfaces.
