Job summary

KK Women�s and Children�s Hospital is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Hospital���s Business Office operations, including cash management, patient refunds, and patient accounts. You will drive governance through clear policies, internal controls, and end-to-end processes.

You will lead transformational initiatives through digitalisation, automation and AI, aiming to improve productivity, patient experience and the efficiency of billing workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree with min 6 years of related work experience.
• Strong understanding of billing, revenue cycle, or financial workflows.
• Proficiency in data analysis, automation, or programming (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Business Office operations including Cash Management, Patient Refunds, Patient Accounts, Patient Relations, and administration of Patients' Accounts Receivable.
• Establish, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and internal controls for governance and smooth operations.
• Drive operational transformation through digitalisation, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives to enhance productivity and patient experience.
• Provide leadership in workforce planning, staff development, and organisational change management, especially during major system implementations and business transformation initiatives.
