Job summary

JurongHealth Campus in Singapore seeks a capable professional to provide operational, administrative, financial, and project management support. You will help ensure the effective delivery of departmental services, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to quality improvement programmes across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Digital and IT Proficiency.

• Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, implementation, and review of departmental workplans, service initiatives, workflows, SOPs, and operational strategies.
• Monitor, analyse, and report departmental performance indicators and KPIs, and support initiatives to improve service quality, efficiency, and operational outcomes.
• Lead or coordinate projects relating to service development, quality improvement, workflow redesign, digitalisation, automation, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Provide secretariat support for departmental committees, workgroups, and project meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, action tracking, and follow-up.
• Support the development, implementation, and optimisation of digital and IT systems to meet operational requirements and business needs.
• Assist in departmental financial planning, budgeting, business case development, and monitoring of CAPEX, OPEX, manpower, and training requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational initiatives, service improvements, and strategic projects.
• Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned to support departmental goals and organisational priorities.
