Job summary

KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the end-to-end patient revenue cycle, aiming to optimise revenue capture, strengthen revenue integrity, and minimise leakage. You will work with Clinical, Operations, Finance, and IT to implement billing policies and enhance collection processes.

You will drive revenue analytics, monitor KPIs, and lead automation and digital transformation across the billing ecosystem,

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy or Finance with minimum 6 years of related work experience.
Strong understanding of billing, revenue cycle, or financial workflows.
Proficiency in data analysis, automation, or programming (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the end-to-end patient revenue cycle to optimise revenue capture and minimise leakage.
Drive implementation of billing policies and enhance revenue collection processes.
Lead data-driven decision-making through patient revenue analytics and insights.
Oversee automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Govern financial workflows and revenue management, ensuring seamless integration of systems across the patient billing ecosystem.
