Job summary

KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Singapore is recruiting for an accounting role focused on financial accounting, cash management and accounts receivable operations. You will prepare journal vouchers, assist in month-end and year-end closings, and perform bank reconciliations daily, ensuring accurate revenue posting.

You will reconcile SAP-based payment records, investigate unreconciled items and support daily cash flow reporting as part of a proactive, team-driven finance function.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Resourceful and proactive team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support financial accounting, cash management and accounts receivable operations.
• Prepare journal vouchers and participate in month-end and year-end closing.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate long outstanding reconciling items.
• Assist in updating daily cash flow statement and support bank administration.
• Extract and reconcile credit card and NETS payment records from SAP and merchant portals daily.
• Investigate and resolve unreconciled transactions, liaising with relevant departments.
• Monitor and clear outstanding transactions in SAP for timely resolution.
• Verify non-patient billing and receipting transactions, ensuring accurate revenue posting.
• Prepare monthly schedules and clear open items in the GL accounts timely.
