Job summary

OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional in Singapore to provide basic troubleshooting over phone, email, and deskside for desktop, network, and hardware issues. The role includes logging issues, following up to closure, and giving technical advice on hardware/software peripherals.

Deskside support will be provided to office users, with additional help on end-user deployment projects as needed.

Qualifications

Fluent Chinese required to interact with Taiwanese colleagues and read/write simple emails in Chinese.
Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology.
2 years of experience in a related role.
Able to work in a clean room environment as some systems are located there.
Must be able to support desktop hardware and software.

Responsibilities

Provide basic troubleshooting support via phone, email, and deskside for desktop/network and hardware issues.
Log issues and follow up until closure.
Provide technical advice on features of hardware/software peripherals.
Provide deskside support to office users to resolve device issues.
Assist Systems team on end-user deployment projects as needed.
