Job summary

OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer on a 2-year renewable contract based in Pasir Ris. You will provide basic troubleshooting over phone/email and deskside support for desktop, network and hardware issues, and log issues from start to closure.

• Speak fluent Chinese to interact with Taiwanese colleagues and read/write simple emails in Chinese.
• Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology.
• 2 years of experience.
• Able to work in work & Clean Room environment as some of the system will be at the cleanroom.
• Must be able to support desktop in term of hardware & software.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic troubleshooting support over the phone/email and deskside for technical issues related to desktop/network and hardware issues
• Log issues and follow up until closure
• Provide technical advice on functional features on hardware/software peripherals
• Provide deskside support to office users to resolve the technical issues on their devices
• Assist the Systems team to support end-user deployment projects when needed

Work Location: Pasir Ris
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
