Qualifications

• Basic hardware and software knowledge is required.
• O Levels or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT hardware service and support on desktops and laptops for end users and corporate customers.
• Provide timely updates to customers on service appointments and status until closure of incidents.
• Ensure proper parts handling and movement within the team during transit to customers.
• Support and troubleshoot hardware and software failures or problems.
• Install operating systems, firmware, and BIOS.
• Handle end-user interactions from initiation to closure of cases.
• Track and manage assigned cases through the ticketing system.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, leads and supervisors to complete and close jobs on time.
• Attend new product training via Web-based training.
