Job summary

AECOM Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a proactive Bids & Proposals coordinator to assist in preparing internal governance and winning proposals. You will coordinate technical and commercial inputs, pricing, and presentations, ensuring RFP requirements are met.

You will work with regional teams to align scope and costs, obtain sub-consultant quotes, and craft compelling proposals. Strong English and organisational skills are essential for this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Diploma with a minimum of 2 years working experience for Bids & Proposals or in similar function.
• Proficient level of English both oral and written.
• Highly organised, meticulous, with an eye for detail.
• Comprehensive range of administrative skills and client support services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proactive communication.
• Ability to build constructive relationships using diplomacy and tact.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiar with e-Procurement systems (GeBIZ, Sesami, Ariba, TenderBoard).
• Positive thinker with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing internal governance, winning proposals and presentations to drive business growth.
• Coordinate and manage proposal components, governance, pricing and presentations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and the ability to process and present information.
• Fully understand RFP requirements and coordinate with technical leads for inputs.
• Coordinate with End Markets and Regions to address RFP scope and costs.
• Obtain quotes from sub-consultants and negotiate terms per company policy.
• Prepare compelling proposals with win themes based on client needs.
• Understand competition and market trends with ME Work Winning Team / Bid Studio.
• Verify all legal qualifications and risk directives are included before submission.
