Qualifications

Strategic or account-based marketing experience in a professional services or B2B setting.
Ability to connect and work with key stakeholders at all levels.
Self-starter with initiative and minimal supervision.
Ability to develop thought leadership content for campaigns.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms including AI, social media and websites.
Experience in bids and proposals support is advantageous.
Skills in coordinating events.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans for AECOM in Singapore.
Lead account-based marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
Provide marketing support for client development, pre-positioning and bids.
Manage development and maintenance of marketing collaterals aligned with priorities.
Oversee internal communications, leadership messaging, and townhalls.
