Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.
• 3-5 years of bid and proposal writing experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to interpret client requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process from initial requirements to final submission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create client-focused proposals.
• Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to inform strategies.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and best practices documentation.
• Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously with timely delivery and quality.
• Coordinate and facilitate proposal review meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze win/loss data to improve proposal processes and success rates.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and standards in proposal management
