Job summary

AECOM is seeking a skilled Bid and Proposal professional to drive end-to-end proposal development from client requirements to submission. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market and client research, and maintain templates and libraries to improve efficiency and win rates.

The role requires strong writing, editing, and time-management skills, with experience in proposal management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial client requirements analysis to final submission.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and create compelling, client-focused proposals.
Conduct thorough research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to inform proposal strategies.
Develop and maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and best practices documentation.
Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate and facilitate proposal review meetings with internal stakeholders.
Analyze win/loss data to continuously improve proposal processes and success rates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in proposal management.
