Job summary

AECOM Singapore is seeking a skilled lead proposal writer to manage end-to-end bid development for client-focused solutions across water, environment, energy, transportation and buildings. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, research market trends, and craft compelling proposals under tight deadlines.

The role requires 3–5 years in bid writing, strong editing, and proficiency with MS Office and proposal management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of bid and proposal writing experience in corporate/B2B environments
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong research and analytical abilities to interpret client requirements and competition
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with proposal tools
• APMP certification is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development from requirements analysis to final submission
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and craft client-focused proposals
• Research potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to inform strategies
• Develop and maintain proposal templates, libraries, and best practices
• Manage multiple proposal projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
• Coordinate and lead proposal review meetings with internal stakeholders
• Analyze win/loss data to improve proposal processes
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in proposal management
