Job summary

AECOM Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled proposal writer to lead end-to-end bid development, from initial client requirements analysis to final submission, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will conduct market research on potential clients and competitors, create compelling proposals, develop templates and content libraries, and manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of bid and proposal writing experience in a corporate/B2B environment.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading with keen attention to detail.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to interpret client requirements and competition.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development from client requirements analysis to final submission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and craft client-focused proposals.
• Research potential clients, competitors and industry trends to inform strategies.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates, content libraries and best practices.
• Manage multiple proposal projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate proposal review meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze win/loss data to continuously improve proposal processes and success rates.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations and best practices in proposal management.
