Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an Assistant Bid Manager in Singapore to support the Bid Manager, Sales Director, and country/division teams across the full opportunity lifecycle. You will assist from early identification and pipeline management through to RFI and RFP stages, ensuring high-quality, client-focused proposals.

The role suits someone with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to articulate solutions for client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong bid writing and editing skills are essential.
• Microsoft 360 skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel – are required.
• Ability to plan writing tasks, manage deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Bid Manager and sales team across the opportunity lifecycle, from identification through RFI/RFP stages.
• Coordinate bid processes, maintain bid tracker and responsibility matrix, and plan responses.
• Write bespoke bid responses and executive summaries to differentiate proposals.
