Job summary

Carlton City Hotel in Singapore is seeking a Porter/Concierge team member reporting to the Chief Concierge. You will supervise the Bell team, deploy porters, manage entrance activities and ensure grooming standards are met.

Maintain and oversee the lobby, driveway, and baggage room with audits and inventory checks, and assist guests with local tours or directions when the Concierge is unavailable. You will also ensure concierge equipment works and support front office duties as directed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Porter will be a plus.
• Well-groomed and immaculate appearance.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition.
• Knowledge on Opera PMS System preferred.
