• Maintains cleanliness and organisation of lobby and bell desk.
• Tracks guest requests and preferences for personalised service.
• Coordinates luggage transfer with Front Office and ensures bills settled.
• Ensures driveway is clear and vehicles are parked in designated lots.
• Contributes to a safe, welcoming hotel environment.

About the role

The Bell Captain / Porter plays a crucial role in creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment they arrive at our property. As Bell Captain / Porter, you will be the face of our hospitality, managing guest arrivals and departures with efficiency, warmth and professionalism. This role is fundamental to delivering the high-quality service standards that define the Park Regis by Prince experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting guests upon arrival with a warm welcome and assisting with luggage and baggage handling
• Providing knowledgeable information about hotel facilities, local attractions, dining options and services available to guests
• Coordinating guest transportation arrangements, including taxi and car services, and arranging airport transfers where required
• Assisting guests with special requests and resolving any immediate concerns to ensure comfort and satisfaction
• Managing the bell desk, including answering enquiries, directing guests and handling general front office support duties
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the lobby, entrance areas and bell desk
• Maintaining accurate records of guest requests and preferences to enhance personalised service
• Co-ordinates with Front Office for transferring of luggage from rooms, control room keys to avoid skippers and unsettled bills before releasing any luggage.
• Ensures that the driveway is clear and all vehicles stop or park in designated lots.
• Contributing to a safe, welcoming and well-maintained hotel environment
