Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and assists with luggage handling.
• Provides information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Co-ordinates guest transportation and airport transfers.
• Assists with special requests to ensure comfort.
• Manages bell desk and front office support duties.
• Maintains cleanliness and organisation of lobby and bell desk.
• Tracks guest requests and preferences for personalised service.
• Coordinates luggage transfer with Front Office and ensures bills settled.
• Ensures driveway is clear and vehicles are parked in designated lots.
• Contributes to a safe, welcoming hotel environment.
