Job summary

A leading beauty retail company is seeking a Supervisor to manage sales targets, ensure exceptional client service, and lead a team of beauty professionals. This role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience preferably in the beauty sector, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to mentor team members. The position involves shift work including weekends and public holidays. A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to high service standards is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role, preferably in beauty or wellness.
• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service.

Job Details:

• Available Locations: Island wide, depending on outlet vacancy
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Team Commission
• Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (including weekends and public holidays)
• 3 months contract convert to perm

Job Scope:

• Sales and performance: Drive sales targets, manage store performance, and lead a team to achieve business goals.
• Client experience: Deliver exceptional client service, build client loyalty through relationship management, and uphold luxury service standards.
• Team leadership: Coach, develop, and manage a team of beauty professionals.
• Operations: Oversee all aspects of retail operations and store management.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or spa environment
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Able to mentor, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving business goals
• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service
