The role involves providing consultations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining product displays. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Promoter to represent and promote dermatological skincare and hair care products at pharmacy locations. Product knowledge and consultation training will be provided, enabling promoters to deliver professional advice while achieving sales targets with attractive commission incentives.
Promote and sell derma skincare and hair care products at assigned pharmacy outlets
Provide basic skin and hair consultations based on training provided
Explain product benefits, usage, and suitability clearly to customers
Deliver professional and friendly customer service
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock availability
Support in-store promotions, launches, and campaigns
Submit basic sales reports and customer feedback
Build positive working relationships with pharmacy staff
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned
Minimum Secondary School / ITE qualification
Prior experience in skincare, hair care, beauty, pharmacy, or retail sales is an advantage
Interest in dermatological skincare and hair care
Willingness to learn product knowledge and consultation skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven, confident, and service-oriented
Able to work independently and meet targets
Willing to work retail hours, weekends, or public holidays if required
