About the role

This full-time Beauty Advisor / Makeup Artist role at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd provides an exciting opportunity to showcase your passion for beauty and cosmetics in the dynamic retail environment of Changi Airport East Region. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting clients with product selection, makeup application, and beauty consultations.

What you'll be doing
Sales
  • Promote beauty products to travelling customers to achieve personal and counter sales targets
  • Represent and communicate the brand’s philosophy and product benefits confidently
  • Participate in store events, campaigns, and new product launches
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to drive sales performance
Customer Service
  • Build strong customer relationships through warm, professional service
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, feedback, returns, and concerns
  • Recommend products based on customers’ skin type, needs, and preferences
  • Conduct skin/scalp analysis and provide makeup or makeover services (if applicable)
Daily Store Operations
  • Lead inventory management, stock-taking, and product replenishment
  • Ensure testers, counter supplies, and printed materials are available at all times
  • Maintain store, counter, and display cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Support visual merchandising according to marketing themes and airport guidelines
  • Report operational issues to Airport Coordinators promptly
Personal Grooming
  • Uphold brand image through professional appearance, etiquette, and conduct
