Core Treatment Responsibilities

• Skin Care: Facials, masks, peels, body scrubs, tanning treatments, and massage.
• Hair Removal: Waxing, threading, sugaring, electrolysis, or laser treatments.
• Makeup: Applying makeup for daily wear or special occasions, advising on colors and techniques.
• Nail Care: Manicures, pedicures, nail art, extensions, and polishing.
• Hair Styling: Cutting, coloring, styling, and scalp treatments (depending on specialization).

Client & Business Responsibilities

• Consultation: Analyzing client needs, skin/hair types, and recommending appropriate services and home care routines.
• Customer Service: Greeting clients, booking appointments, explaining procedures, and building relationships.
• Sales: Recommending and selling beauty products and additional services.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining updated client records, including treatment history and preferences.
• Hygiene & Inventory: Keeping workstations, tools clean and sterilized, and monitoring stock levels.
• Training: Attending training to stay updated on new techniques and products.
