Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and provide personalised service to guests.
• Recommend signature drinks, explain menu items and assist guests with beverage selections.
• Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of the bar, workstations, glassware and equipment.
• Maintain inventory, ensure stock levels, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety, hygiene and liquor‑handling regulations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support bar‑related events, promotions and special functions.

Requirements

• Prior bartending experience in a hotel, bar or restaurant setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and bar techniques.
• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit and professional grooming.
• Ability to multitask in a high‑volume and fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid food safety and alcohol service certifications are an advantage.
