Job description

Mogambo Bar & Restaurant in Boat Quay seeks service-oriented, dependable part-time Floor Staff/Bartenders.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Serving customers to a high standard by attending to guests’ needs in a prompt and professional manner
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Product knowledge and upselling
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and its equipment
• Performing inventory counts on beverage and other stock

Industry experience preferred but not necessary as training will be provided. Transport, staff meals and uniform provided.

Remuneration based on experience.
