About the role

Tin Box is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team in Central Region. This full-time role will involve delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality cocktails and beverages for our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy
2. Providing friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service to all guests
3. Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware is kept in top condition
4. Following all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
5. Participating in stock control, inventory management and ordering processes as required
6. Supporting the Hospitality & Tourism team with additional duties as needed

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the Bar & Beverage industry
2. Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, spirits, wines and beer
3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a welcoming, friendly experience
4. Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
