QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Bar Supervisor / Bar Manager in Singapore to oversee daily bar operations and lead the team to deliver exceptional service.
You will manage beverage quality, inventory, and staff scheduling while ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor / Bar Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of the bar. The position will be offered based on the candidate's experience and level of responsibility.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar.
Lead, supervise and motivate the bar team.
Ensure beverages are prepared and served according to quality and service standards.
Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
Manage inventory, stock levels and beverage supplies.
Assist with staff scheduling, training and performance management.
Monitor sales, beverage costs and overall operational performance.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards within the bar.
Ensure compliance with relevant workplace and licensing requirements.
Work closely with management to improve bar operations and customer experience.
Support promotional activities and initiatives to drive business.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Relevant experience in bar, restaurant or hospitality operations.
Candidates with supervisory or management experience will be preferred.
Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and manage a team.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Position: Bar Supervisor / Bar Manager
Salary: $2,700 – $4,000 per month, depending on experience and business level
Working Hours: 44 hours per week, with overtime as required
Annual Leave: 10–14 days per year, depending on position
