Job summary

AASHIQUI BOLLYWOOD PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Bartender Supervisor to lead the daily bartending team and ensure service quality.

Qualifications

  • Able to train and motivate bartending staff.
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of bar inventory and stock-control procedures.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods.
  • Good understanding of hygiene, safety and responsible alcohol service.
  • Reliable and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and late hours.
  • Relevant bartending or hospitality certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the bartending team during daily operations.
  • Prepare and serve beverages to company standards.
  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation and taste of drinks.
  • Train and guide bartenders on cocktail prep, service standards and product knowledge.
  • Manage daily bar operations including opening/closing procedures.
  • Monitor liquor, beverage and bar-stock inventory; maintain stock levels.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or wastage.
  • Handle alcohol storage and bar supplies correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the bar area.
  • Monitor customer service and handle feedback professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with restaurant/ops team for smooth service.
  • Prepare daily sales, stock, wastage and other required reports.
  • Control beverage costs and minimise wastage.
  • Assist in creating/updating cocktail and beverage menus.
  • Ensure bartenders follow responsible alcohol service practices.
