• Manage bar stock by controlling inventory, supporting ordering processes, and ensuring proper storage of beverages.
• Recommend drinks, wines, and cocktails tailored to guest preferences to enhance their experience.
• Support the creation and promotion of bar specials, seasonal drinks, and cocktail menus to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations to maintain legal and safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties to prepare the bar for service and secure it after hours.
• Guide and support junior bartenders in maintaining service standards and efficient bar operations.
