Job summary

LIGHTVERSE PTE. LTD. in Central Singapore is seeking a bartender/FOH staff to prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty drinks, while ensuring recipes, presentation, and quality.

• Experience in F&B, bar operations, or hotels is preferred.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.

• Ensure all beverages are prepared according to recipes, presentation standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor and maintain adequate bar inventory, including stock levels, garnishes, and operating supplies.
• Verify guests’ age when required and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with regulations.
• Provide beverage recommendations and promote featured drinks, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Conduct regular stock checks, manage inventory usage, and minimise beverage wastage.
• Maintain compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and liquor licensing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
