Paradigm Recruitment is seeking a Frontline Customer Experience / Digital Ambassador for a retail banking role in Singapore. You will assist customers, resolve inquiries, and guide visitors toward the bank’s mobile apps, online portals and self‑service kiosks.

You will promote digital banking solutions with a friendly, professional approach and deliver high-quality service daily. A Diploma is required; prior customer service or sales experience and strong communication skills are preferred.
