Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to Private Bank Front Office teams.
• Support daily activities including digital/technology support, product processing and account lifecycle management.
• Process client static data updates, reports, corporate actions and trade-related transactions.
• Perform system entries and processing using banking platforms, automation tools and workflow systems.
• Handle Front Office queries and coordinate with Front, Middle and Back Office teams on operational matters.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
