Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is recruiting for a role within our private banking operations, based in Singapore. You will be part of a central team supporting Front Office activities, ensuring timely, accurate and consistent execution.

You will act as a knowledge centre on digital and technology support, retail product processing, and account lifecycle management, using in-house automation tools to streamline processing and reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a central team supporting Front Office teams activities, ensuring timely, accurate and consistent execution.
• Serve as a knowledge centre for Front Office teams on digital and technology support, retail product processing, account lifecycle management and related operational processes.
• Use in-house automation tools and workflow solutions to support day-to-day processing, improve turnaround time and reduce manual effort.
• Support activities such as bespoke report preparation, client static data updates, corporate action notifications and post-execution trade capture.
• Manage and respond to Front Office queries relating to the activities within the central team's scope.
• Coordinate with Front Office teams to submit instructions to Middle Office and Back Office for retrieval requests and other agreed operational follow-ups.
• Perform system entries in Private Bank platforms where required, based on the nature of the task and applicable controls.
• Support the team with ad hoc administrative and operational duties to enable effective service delivery to Front Office teams.
• Adhere to internal policies, procedures, operating guidelines and control requirements, escalating exceptions or issues where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations, internal policies and standards, and escalating service or control issues to relevant internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
