What You'll Enjoy

Working Hours

5 working days per week on a roster basis, including 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day.

PM shifts will be 8 hours anytime between 1:00 PM and 12:00 midnight.

Training

The first 3 months will be dedicated to training and will be conducted during office hours.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised and professional customer service over the telephone
• Assist customers with enquiries relating to banking products, accounts and services
• Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions in an effective and efficient manner
• Identify suitable opportunities to introduce relevant banking products and services
• Consistently deliver high-quality service to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
• Gather customer feedback and identify recurring issues or trends for continuous service improvement
• Handle customer interactions professionally while maintaining accuracy and service standards
