Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) to provide telephonic support for banking products and services. You will handle enquiries, understand needs, and offer appropriate solutions from Changi or Jurong East during a 12-month contract with a 3-month training period.

The role requires working 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend, with shifts from 1 PM to 12 AM, and offers up to SGD 3,600 plus a shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Customer service/call centre experience is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries.
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
• Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
