You will attend to customer enquiries, process deposits and banking transactions, and support daily branch operations. The ideal candidate has at least a Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance, with strong communication skills and a genuine

Minimum Higher NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related discipline.
Experience in handling cash transactions or customer service experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

Attend to customers’ enquiries and transactional requirements, and cross-sell the Company’s deposit products.
Process Fixed Deposit, Savings, loan repayment, Safe Deposit Box and internet banking transactions, including maintaining account and specimen signature records.
Perform mid-day and end-day balancing, bank reconciliation and end-day reporting, as well as banking duties including cheque/cash deposits and branch cash reimbursement.
Process branch expense payments and perform general administrative duties, including filing, records maintenance, stationery requirements and document management.
Handle vault access where applicable, provide relief support at other branches/customer centres, and undertake other duties assigned by management.
