ESTEEMED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team in Singapore. The role welcomes fresh graduates and experienced professionals, with level determined by qualifications and competencies.

You will handle customer enquiries, process cash and banking transactions, and support branch operations while maintaining accurate records. The position requires weekend work and flexibility to support multiple branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Admin, Banking or related discipline.
• Experience in cash handling or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' enquiries and transactional requirements, and cross-sell the Company's deposit products.
• Process Fixed Deposit, Savings, loan repayments, Safe Deposit Box and internet banking transactions, including maintaining account and specimen signature records.
• Perform mid-day and end-day balancing, bank reconciliation and end-day reporting, and banking duties including cheque/cash deposits and branch cash reimbursements.
• Process branch expense payments and perform general administrative duties, including filing, records maintenance, stationery requirements and document management.
• Handle vault access where applicable and provide relief support at other branches/customer centres.

Requirements

• Passionate about the financial services sector and keen to learn.
• Willing to work on Saturdays from 8.45am to 1.00pm, with one Saturday off per month.
