Qualifications

• Minimum Higher NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in handling cash transactions or customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ enquiries and transactional requirements, and cross-sell the Company’s deposit products.
• Process Fixed Deposit, Savings, loan repayment, Safe Deposit Box and internet banking transactions, including maintaining account and specimen signature records.
• Perform mid-day and end-day balancing, bank reconciliation and end-day reporting, as well as banking duties including cheque/cash deposits and branch cash reimbursement.
• Process branch expense payments and perform general administrative duties, including filing, records maintenance, stationery requirements and document management.
• Handle vault access where applicable, provide relief support at other branches/customer centres, and undertake other duties assigned by management.
