Job summary

RECRUIT123 PTE. LTD. on behalf of an established bank invites applications for a Customer Service Officer (Banking) in Singapore. You will handle frontline service across phone, email, and digital banking, ensuring accurate records and high service levels.

The role requires a diploma or degree, strong English communication, and willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends; Mandarin is a plus for certain segments. CRM and MS Office proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
• Prior customer service or call centre experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin/dialect a plus for older customer segments.
• Comfortable with shift work (including evenings/weekends for contact centre roles).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline service across phone, email, and digital banking channels.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints relating to accounts, cards, loans, and transactions.
• Cross-sell relevant banking products and services where appropriate.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant departments (fraud, risk, onboarding, operations).
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure SLA/turnaround-time compliance.
• Support digital banking adoption by guiding customers through self-service channels.
